The Beginning

To begin this paper, I wrote a paragraph that brought together the three sources that I planned to use. This paragraph was instrumental in helping to create an outline for my paper. The paragraph served as the cornerstone for which the entire paper was be built upon. The following is the paragraph that shows the main points that I covered in my paper:

Outline

On this paper, I created an outline to help to put my thoughts down on paper. This would help ensure that I would stay on track with my writing and that I wouldn't begin rambling like I did in the Class In America paper. The outline incorporated the quotes that I wanted to use, as well as what content would be covered in each paragraph. The introduction was also included on my outline. The following is the outline for my paper:

Draft

After the outline was written, constructing the draft was not very hard. I simply took my outline and expanded on the thoughts that I had written. The following is the draft:

Final

My draft was in pretty good condition. There were a few grammatical errors, but the focus and the main idea of my paper were good. My works cited page needed to be altered since I did not follow the MLA style. Other than that, not many things were wrong with my paper. The following is the final draft with my professor's comments:

As you can see from the final draft and the comments from my professor, the paper was written well, I ust had a few problems with my wording and my mechanics. I tended to write multiple words with the same meaning to describe something. I fixed the MLA works cited page that I had issues with on the draft. I feel that I could have also described the personal story a little more so that the impact to the reader would have been greater. Overall, I am happy with how this essay turned out.

Self-Critique

Instead of having a reflection on this paper, I will post the self-critique that I wrote about the writing process that I went through when forming this paper. The following is the self-critique:
